Refund Policy

Naturewarm hopes that you are happy with your order. If you are unhappy with your order then unused items sold and fulfilled by Naturewarm can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in good condition. On receipt of your goods, Naturewarm will provide a full refund within 30 days.

Transaction Details

All credit card transactions online are processed using secure methods. Your payment method will be debited at time of ordering regardless of current stock availability. This ensures that the stock can be allocated to an authorised transaction once available. On receipt of payment we will send you an email confirming your order. We reserve the right to remove, amend or modify any product, description or price at any time.

Accepting Delivery

Naturewarm endeavours to despatch your order within 2 working days and guarantees despatch of your items within 28 days.

As when ordering anything online or by phone that requires delivery, you must take responsibility for accepting the delivery. It is not possible for us to guarantee a specific delivery time or date. The delivery person will not be authorised by us to leave at any alternative address (or location) other than that specified on your order.

If Your Order is Incorrect or Arrives Damaged

Naturewarm hopes that your goods arrive promptly and in good condition. If, however, your goods are damaged in any way, or they are the incorrect items, please contact Naturewarm immediately to arrange collection of them, in order to replace the items as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that this may cause you.
